10 Year Wedding Anniversary

Feb 2012, my husband and I will be celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. This is a big accomplishment for our generation. We, just like any other couple have had our trials but we stuck them out.

Originally we decided to go to Greece for our anniversary. We never got a "actual honeymoon" after our wedding. So this was a huge decision. We both love Greek Mythology and history, Greece was a fun...out of this world idea.

UNTIL....

I started getting all panicky and freaking out. 2 weeks away from our kids is a LONG time! HOW could I do that, HOW would they do with out us...What if I was stolen and held for ransom...What if we got stranded in this foreign country. Yea...no thanks! I think I will stay here...home sweet home. My husband thinks I am a lunatic...but come on...this is a crazy world. I would rather been in my crazy town...where I know all the other crazy people! Beep Beep...

So we have started talking about a Anniversary Party/ Vow Renewal Reception. Here are some of my photos for my inspiration. Just wanted to share...thoughts?

This is where I am at on ideas...When we got married 10 years ago, we were on a students budget and our wedding was pretty much thrown together in 4 months. It turned out amazing...the best night of our lives...but now that we are grown up and have the money to have the reception we wanted.

We're doin it...and doin it wild!
